Customers have asked me what kind of Resource Usage reporting that's available on IP Office. I've always directed them to System Status(SSA) as it shows real-time statistics of resource and license usage, but some are wanting to pull the figures so that they can create a graph of sorts.

The obvious answer is to have them manually record stats at certain intervals, then make the graph themselves. Even suggested using the SnapShot feature to record a log...but it still involves a person going through the log and pulling the information manually.

Has anyone found a way to automate this process, or a method of pulling the information in a data manipulative-friendly format?

And if you like a challenge then CCR can do it without graphs for historical.
