After creating a new resource mailbox associated with the Administrator acct, I see only hash marks on the free busy information. I've gone through the steps highlighted in the FAQ, but this is the only result I get. When I try to open Outlook 2000 on the Exchange server, it is unable to connect to it (thats another issue on it's own). But I had to instead login as Admin on a different workstation and configure the resource... Is that where I'm going wrong? Does the resource have to be configured ON the exchange server itself?
