Resource reservation error occured validating available time..

This is Note 6.5.2.

The Resource Reservations database says..

The steps are clear but the massage says.
" An error occured while validating the avaiable time for this resource. Please try again later"

This is the first Site the first Room and the first Booking of a Room.

I am logged on as the Administrator.
