Resource Manager Installation issue

Hie everybody,
I have installed the Resource Manager kit with successful, but when I try to run de Citrix Management Console I get the following error message:
"An unknown error ocurred while loading "ResourceManager.jar" This feature will not be available during this session. Error Code:44c"

Does someone know how I can solve it?

Check that you are using the latest Sun JRE.

Hi, I solved this issue. Maybe it is useful for another users. Only, you have to reinstall the Service Pack 1 of MetaFrame XP 1.0 after RM and it will work.

To Administer RMS on from your workstation will also need to enable the RMS CMC Plug-in. Go to Citrix Knowledge Base and look-up CTX910167. Follow instructions, then you'll need to reinstall CMC sp1 on your workstation before it will work.
