Hi,

I'm looking to use MS Project as a company tool to track resources in various departments - developers, Quality Assurance staff, tech support people, etc. and have a high level way of reporting to management, as well as a granular way of those department managers to determine if their staff are on track with project requirements. Using different views or reports for the different needs if necessary.
Any chance someone has a "template" that I could modify, or some pointers on how to start this from scratch? I've started plugging in my resources and added the projects as "Tasks".

Thanks in advance,
Amie
