Resource Leveling different from PC to PC

Here's a tough one. First off, I have 3 resources: Architectural, Electrical, and Mechanical. When I level the project file on my PC, and level all 3 resources, all is well. Meaning, nothing turns red and I don't have any overallocations. Yet, if I try to level on any one elses PC (all same verion of Project 2004), two of the 3 resources turn red and Project shows overallocations. Wierd thing is that the resources are not overallocated looking at the numbers, but project insists that they are and even shows some days at 120% overallocated in the overallocation report, even though if you look at each day or week in the Resource Usage chart, the resources are more like 72% allocated. So, does anyone have an idea as to what is happening here? The only two things that cross my mind are that the file was created on my PC, and that maybe there is something that gets corrupted in the calculation process when it is leveled elsewhere. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance :)

I don't know for certain what information is stored in Global.mpt but try moving that file along with the project file to the new machine and putting both in the same directory. Then open the project file by double-clicking on it.

Overallocation has nothing to do with % allocated. You can overallocate by creating two 1-hour tasks that start at the same day and time and then assigning the same resource to both those tasks.
