Resource error on PCI motherboard - wireless not working

Hi

I have a toshiba satellite p10. When the laptop starts up it comes up with the message

"Resource Conflict - PCI Network Controller on Motherboard
Bus:02, Device:02, Function:00"

When I go into device manager it says device not working error code 10

My built in wireless card is ow not working. I have resinstalled the OS and all the drivers but it is still not working.

Please help

I have the same problem...just started after my IT tech took apart my laptop and cleaned it. HP could not help him.
