I have several resources that auto respond for scheduling. They are rooms and equipment. Users don't like opening each resource's calendar to see what's available when. How can I go about getting a summary of these various calendars combined in one place for a user defined date or even range of dates? Ideally, it would be like the Scheduling tab of a Meeting request with the addition of the subject line for each appointment. Is this a hard core programming thing or something easier?

Thanks in advance

Convert the AD objects to rooms (see my FAQ in the Powershell forum).

Use Outlook 2007 to schedule the rooms.

Equipment? No idea.

Alternatively, go to diditbetter.com and use one of their public2private sync tools to push all events into a public folder.
