I'm using Microsoft Project to track several jobs and I assign resources (in this case people) to each job. What I want to be able to do is see a list of some kind that shows when the resources become available. For instance, say I have a construction project called "Main Street Bank" and I have a superintendent assigned to that bank as a resource (call him Bob). Now multiply this scenario by twenty jobs and twenty superintendents all with varying end dates. I would like to have a report or be able to view when the resources complete their jobs based on the end date of the job. This way I can see when Bob and his 19 peers are available to go work on a new job. Is this possible?

View | Resources, insert the column Finish.

View | Resource Usage, insert the column Finish and, if necessary, you can expand the tasks beneath a resource to determine which task is the one which drives the Finish date.

There's no built-in report that generates a listing that approximates what you need. If you need a hardcopy report, you'll need some VBA (a trivial amount) and some understanding of the MSProject object model.
