Hi all:
I'm trying to create a report which shows how many FTEs (full time equivalent resources) there are associated with a project each week through out the project duration. I need to know where to get at this information. I assume there is a Resource table that captures the earliest and latest assignment for a resource plus any times during this period between earliest and latest assignment that the resource is unavailable because of vacations, holidays, etc. (sounds like a resource calendar, but how can you query this information - Tools ). Finally, I would need to sum up the max. units for the resources available each week and that would give me the total FTEs available each week of the project. This availability doesn't not take into account existing resource assignments, so it is not the same availability as you see in Resource Usage view. But Resource Usage view availability calculations prove that there is such a table somewhere in the database. Can anyone help me with this? Am I posting this question in the right forum? It's really about MS Project report development. Any help would be appreciated.

They have the server's schema and, if I remember correctly, some sample queries.

You'll also find some PrjSrv2002 sample queries here:
