I have set up a capacity planning project using 2 calendars. A day shift and a night shift. I have created tasks with both day and night shift allocated to them. Sometimes however project only calculates using the night shift, so the finish date is incorrect, it also splits the task. I cannot get project to calculate it correctly no matter what i do. This does not happen on every task and would appear to be random as each resource uses one of two common calenders. Can anyone help as this is driving me mad !!!!!!!!!!!!
