We have several meeting rooms setup as resource mailboxes that will auto accept meeting requests when there are no conflicts.
This is working fine and I would like to know if there is a way that when someone books or makes changes to the meeting room that our receptionist is notified of these changes so she can reprint the days schedule for passing staff to see.
This notification could be an email or other form.

Thanks.

We are using same system to book meeting rooms. In our AD meeting rooms are normal users, but their calendar is setup to accept meetings automatically if they are sent as a resource. Do you have it setup on the same way?

I think that you can setup AD account of your room user to forward all received messages to your receptionist, so she will receive same messages that room receives.

Hope this helps

Yes we are setup as you have described.

I tested your idea assuming I am understanding. I set the delivery options--Fwd to: field to the person I would like to get notified of any changes on the resource mailbox via Server Mgr.

It appears that only email msg are fwd to the other user not Calendar items.

Sorry, I hope this could help.

We use same booking system than you, but we don't inform nobody about changes in meetings, all people can check status of rooms by themselves.
