I have created a report using a formula that evalutes a previous record against the present record. The report comes out with the properly selected records. Now I want to create a pivot table based on these selected records. However, when I generate the pivot table it includes all of the data - not just the "filtered" data. I have tried to export the "filtered" data but receive an error message. Is there a way other than exporting that will allow me to generate the pivot table using only the "filtered" data?
