In searching for solutions to the Resolving Hosts" problem, one solution was to change to a public DNS. I followed the steps until it said to open a window labeled Internet Protocol Version 4 Properties but with no instructions on how to do that. My search of the internet is no help. Can anyone tell me how to do this or better yet, how to solve the initial problem. Thanks.

It's a good way to test to see if the resolving improves. Follow these instructions and use Google DNS or open DNS as a test.
