Resolving DNS Errors after SP2 W2K Pro loaded.

This DNS error is driving me nuts! All W2K Pro machines will not access

http://www.yahoo.com,

http://www.my.yahoo.com

etc. after SP2 loaded. Win 98 machines still get there, W2K Pro machines without SP2 loaded get there, no other issues accessing anything else on internet. What's up? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have had this same problem with "XP". I had to remove the upgrades, sp1, in XP to take care of the problem. I hope this helps you, and someone else can tell us what is wrong.

Thanks for the tip. I'm not thrilled with the idea of taking 120 systems back to a pre-service pack status. Maybe someone out there knows what part of SP2 might be causing this problem and how to solve it?
