resolve names utility

Has anyone with Exchange 5.5 and GroupShield 4.5 (I think)gotten the Resolve Names Utility to work? I would like to know the sender and recipient of quarantined attachments. I installed the RNU, but nothing is being stored in the qtine.mdb database. Does anyone know of a way to get the quarantined attachment details?

Also, I noticed that version 5 of GroupShield (still in beta) is supposed to clear up the attachment quarantine detail problem. Anyone tried it out yet?

Did you change the Quarantine location to be a database as the default is to a folder and there will be series of folders with the Ticket No where the messages and attachments are stored. The danger here of course is that the attachments are saved exactly as is and could easily be run accidentally. I find the RNU works very well but there are something things it fails on. In late december I had a issue where the scanner update failed and everything was been quaratined, A batch of .oab files (Outlook Offline Address Book I am assuming) arrived and the RNU failed to extract any names from the messages, but having said that even a manual investigation of logs and events for the period has failed also. The only possible explanation is that they were a product of a palmtop\organiser synching up with the users Outlook profile (yet to be investigated). This has been the only failure I have encountered with the RNU
On the GS5 beta I have a production server (GS4.0) being taken off-line later this month and new Exchange install available for lab testing and will be clean installing GS5.0 and upgrading to GS5.0 before end of Feb. Anything interesting or useful will get posted up as a matter of course.
