Resolve Hostnames

Ok so I have to consolodate all the websites we have control over, the only problem is that its a mess and some nameservers are here some are there etc. I am rerouting the NS's to one NS but I don't want to disrupt any services that may be occuring at ftp.domain.com and

http://www.domain.com

and bob.domain.com. How can I do a search to list all of the hostnames relative to a single domain? Is there a tool out there? Is there some function in dig or nslookup that would help?
