Resolotion drops in terminal session with SCCM 2007 installed

Hi,
I have a windows server 2003 SP2 terminal server, I am facing a strange problem, when the users to a TS sesison to the server with SCCM 2007 installed, the resolution drops to 800X600 and the color depth drops from 16 bit to 8 bit.

If i remove the SCCM 2007 from the XP clients then the issue goes away.

Any pointer is much appreciated.

I wonder what would happen if you removed the remote sms tools from the sms client....
