Resizing Reports Runtime Window

Hi there ,
Could someone tell me how I could resize the default size of the Runtime Report window .. it keeps appearing with the same size at runtime which I cannot change.

I know only about maximizing Runtime Report window. The parameter MAXIMIZE is set to Yes:

Add_Parameter(plid,'MAXIMIZE', TEXT_PARAMETER, 'YES');
