Resizing Question

I am just starting to program in C++ last time I did any was in Collage 3 years ago, so I am very rusty and need to learn a lot, my question is how can I make the controls, textboxes, etc.. in a window automaticly resize when the window sizes changes.
I use a add-on product to do it in VB, but am not sure how to do so in C++.

Can one of you provide some insight to this?
