resizing pictures

i finally learned quark and i love it.

question..

how does one resize a picture once (get picture) the picture is in the .qxd doc?

keep in mind...

i don't want to grab handles and make the box smaller. i want the picture smaller.

and thanks for answering my question posted a few days ago. i made the greatest presentation i've ever made with your help.

Not sure you're in Windows or Mac, but in Mac you select the box, hold down Command/Option/Shift and the < key to reduce the picture only in 5% increments.

Plus you can use:

Command/Option/Shift + F fits the picture in the box in perportion.

Command/Shift + F fits the picture in the box out of perportion.

If using a PC replace the command with the control key, and the option with the Alt key. If you can't fix it in 20 call someone who can.
