Does anyone know if there is a way to resize all the photos in a directory at one time? Such as a batch file or...? I am currently using PS 6.0. I know how to resize individually but have about 40 photos I need to resize and would like to be able to do it all at once if at all possible. Many thanks in advance.

Yeap,

You can use an action in photoshop where you open all the files record the action for one photo and then it will do the lot on screen once you play the action. They all have to be the same size, though. Does that help

Thanks folks! I will give this a try. I have never set up an action before so this will be good for me. Thanks again. Man I love this site!!!

KH707,
Go to He has some great actions that will resize photos and I think most of them will do batches. But these actions do take some time to run so make a pot of coffee.

Thanks for the info. The action that DeZiner sent me to worked like a champ.
