How can I resize an object from the center, not from the corner? In other words I have the object centered and want the center to stay where it is.

Thanks

Hi, tracuser,

It is possible, but may take a few attempts to get the exact size you want. (I'm assuming you're using PM Win)

Open the Control Palette (Ctrl+')
Click the centre point of the reference-point proxy.
Enter the scaling factor alongside the width.
Click the "proportional" button next to it, and the height will be calculated.
Click the Apply button on the left.

To reset the image to its oringinal size, enter 100% as the scaling factor.

I've posted a screenshot at: which should help.
