Resizing based on screen resolution

Does anyone know of an easy way to shrink or expand a form and it's controls based on the user's screen resolution. I have a bunch of forms that look great at 1152 x 864, but some of the people who need to use them have laptops that will only do 1024 x 768. Any advice will be appreciated.
