Resize <textarea> font in browser doesn't work!!!!!

I final have the styles sheet working with relative for font size and save then check in to project the font size by choossen the option larger font and not set a particle font size. All my pages work in IE for ajusting font size ,

except area text fields asscociate with Input boxes and selection boxs on form. Is there a way to set input boxes
so the text font can be increase and decreased in the browser on that font.
