Resize Legend Symbols

The easy answer is no.
You could edit the shapesheet of the sub shape that contains the image and change ImgWidth and ImgHeight in the ForeignImageInfo section. The initial values of these fields are something like =GUARD(0.5075/2), but their are two problems.
1) Each new shape dropped creates a row with the original size.
2) Each displayed symbol is a crude image of the original shape. Making the symbol larger makes the poor quality more evident (jaggies)
