How can I take 4 .jpg files and create a table in WORD with VB that is 2 rows by 2 columns (size of the rows and columns could be set in the VB code), and resize the photos to fit into each cell. The jpg files are numbered sequentially, so entering the first in an input box would provide the next 3.

Can anyone help with the VB code?

Thank you

How many photos (or pages) do you wish to create?

With a blank template, it's really not too bad to insert the photos manually, which are then resized automatically. You can add additional rows to the table for photo descriptions.

I have templates with 6 photos + descriptions per page that I use frequently. The ending file size in Word is 300-400K. You are welcome to have a copy if it will be of use.

Dear JVFriederick:

Thank you for the reply. The number of photos range from 2-8 (usually I fit 4 on a page). When I insert each into its table cell, the table expands to fit the photo. I know its not a lot of work to resize each, but I'm doing it 2-3 times a week and if I could program it it would be much easier.

Could you send your template to me and I'll try it.

Thanks... Scott Graham grahamag@erols.com
