Resize a Dialog and all Its Controls

I have a dialog which consists on GMS Instrumentation Controls (ActiveX) together with standard Windows controls (buttons, labels, ListCtrls etc). One dialog window contains a bitmap image.
Now I would like to be able to resize this whole dialog.
Is it best to look for a third party to do this or is it possible for me, via a code sample to write the resizing code?

in order to manage child windows positions use DeferWindowPos
