I have two IP500v2s connected via an H.323 IP trunk with SCN fallback on IPO_A. When testing by removing power to IPO_A, phones re-register at IPO_B successfully.

All users on IPO_A have all their buttons configured through a user rights form except for button 4 which is a "Call Pickup Members" Button which is configured on each individual user's button programming form.

The problem I have is that when phones re-register onto the secondary gatekeeper the phone displays:

Button Features
Pickup
Select

I assume that the phone is requesting user input to assign the pickup button to a particular button on the phone but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it or what to do.
If I remove the button from the user through manager then the phone re-registers fine without any issue but users need to have the pickup button so that can't be a permanent solution. Phones are 1608L

Any ideas appreciated

Give them the button using User rights (you will need a user rights form for each different pick up group) and create the same user rights with the same name on the backup system, this will assign the buttons for you :)
