Good Morning,

I am doing a deployment of an ip office SE 10.1 with J129 extensions, when I disconnect the primary server the extension stays as Acquiring Service but does not register on the second server. I've already made all the notes in the 46xxsettings file and it still will not.

Was there anything else to do?

I tested it with a 1608 and it works normally.

I've already made all the notes in the 46xxsettings file and it still will not." - What does that mean?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I have modified the 46xxsettings file to send the primary and secondary server, and J129 does not yet register on the second server.

You need to look for the following.
In IP Office, the auto generated J100 settings file has the all the details of these parameters

Its not enough to configure primary and secondary sever addresses in the settings that the phones receive. The respective IP Office servers have to also be configured to support resilience (the Backs up My IP Phones settings).

Yes, it has regsitro sip on the second server and with active backup on the trunks of the servers.
