Resetting voicemail password for BCM50

We have a remote site that has BCM50 as their phone system. I got a request today to reset the password to one of the voicemail box. I have very little knowledge about BCM50. We have BCM400 in our of our site and I have access via PC to reset the password in Callpilot.

This remote site with BCM50 is out of state so i have no access to the BCM50 via PC.

How to reset the voicemail password in the BCM50?

Does BCM50 have pc access?

Do we have to do it from the phone like norstar key system? if yes, is there any instruction somewhere?

It can be done via phone (if a telset pswd was setup) or PC. Via PC is same as a BCM 400 4.0. Through the phone is the same also as a BCM 400 4.0.
