Resetting User Passwords Via PBX

Hoping someone can help . . .

I need to reset a users v.m. password on the PBX side; not through Meridian Mail. Is this possible? If yes, your assistance would be appreciated.

Separate systems. Need to be in MerMail to reset.

if you mean STA ... you can login into the PBX and branch to the mail and do it with the same call ...

i am not sure waht you mean, but there are two ways that i know off, one through the terminal directly configuring mail, the other way is from the phone side, dial into mail and change the password that way, but maybe thats not what you want

redeye: if the user forgets the password, it needs to be reset from the term...
