Resetting Total generated by Formula when change in level breaks

Hi.

I was able to generate a report which summarizes hours by week but my problem is since this reports is totalled by company and employee, when a change in company is encountered, the total is being carried forward to the next company. How should I do the resetting of totals to zero everytime a change in company is encountered. Need help. Thanks.
