Resetting Region Counter for LG DVD

I used to have this program that used along side a region changer for my LG DVD drive and my mate lost the disc with it on and don't have any other copies or remember what it's called.

My DVD drive is locked and so it needs resetting after a number of region changes. I'm down to the last few changes and need help.

Anyone know the name of the software that will do please.

I would do a google search for DVD GEnie - I haven't found a homepage for this product, but it seems to work well and is highly recommended by many.
