Resetting passwords on PCI Secure Web Console

I have an HP-UX server, it is a 9000/800 model and I would like to reset the SWC on it.

As its NOT the external type of SWC I cannot pull out the power from it -

Am I correct in thinking that to reset the user accounts on this console - I need to keep the reset button pressed for 5 seconds and then use a crossover cable to connect a PC with a browser with an address to connect to the default SWC one 192.0.0.192 and configure the accounts again ?

Any help is appreciated here.
