resetting on urq 1616 Phone over VPN connectivity to control unit

Dear All,

In one of my site 1616i avaya phone is resetting .There is site to site sonicwall VPN tunnel to Head office and IPO 500V2 unit is in head office.I created an extension and removed "allow direct Media Path" but still phone restarting..I tried Softphone and it is connecting to
headoffice cotrole unit and working fine.Phone taking firmware and got updated through VPN tunnel but restarting with "resetting on urq " message.

Can somebody help me with a solution?Please ...?

Do you have SIP Inspection/ALG enabled on your Sonicwall?
If so, disable and see what happens.

The tunnel/firewall is interfering with/blocking keepalives from the phone probably

just had this and it was the H323 fix up, it needs to be off.
