It sounds like if the code he is trying doesn't work, then he is dealing with a newer version of merlin messaging. I heard somewhere that the serial number of the card may work as the code instead. Worth a try.
serial number, that can't be, then AVAYA wouldn't be able to suck out the $110 per reset. All though, ever since the merge with ExP@nets, they might have the need for work for their Techs.
