resetting forgotten password

can anyone tell me where I can reset the subscriber password can't seem to find it anywhere.
The voicemail is a inskin 8 port CTI mail in a IPK64 cabinet.

You do it from the system manager.

"Would you like to change a mailbox?" <yes>
"Please enter the extension..." <extension>
"Would you like to reset the security code?" <yes>

Can't it be done through Cossesion?
How do I log on as system manager.

In CoSessions; go to the users box, select delete, on the pop up window select security code. To log on as a system manager, in CoSessions; go to your personal box, on the upper right hand on the window it should say system manager, if it doesn't select add, the select system manager status, exit CoSessions, go to your phone, you will hear: have XXX new messages, would you like to send any messages, you have XXX messages to review, would you like to access your personal options, would you like to access system manager options, select 1 for yes and listen to the prompts.
