Resetting Flash Voice Mail

I tried to reset my Flash voice mail system, with the "r-e-i-n-s-t-a=l-l" and every since then my phone says inactive feauture when I dial feature 981!!!!! I can get a log screen if I dial the extension number that vm is plugged into. but no mailbox password combination works, not even any of the defaults. eg..12000 or1020000 etc... does anyone know to help??????
