We have one remote location that use BCM50. This is the first time I am facing BCM50. One of the voicemail box is lockout and we need to reset the voicemail box and the password.
Is there anyway that someone can give me the instruction on how to do it from the phone admin. We don't have a network setup for this so it must be from phone administration.
