resetting avaya 1608 ip set 1

New to avaya family. IPO 500v2 rls 6.0.
need help resetting ip- 1608 set password and resetting
current ip address on this set. Static or dhcp procedure
would help.
Much appreciated.

Reboot the phone, wait for "Press * to program", press * and then repeat pressing # until the message "Enter Command" appear.
Press the Mute key followed with 35327#. Then the phone asks if you want to clear all settings, confirm that and the phone will reboot to factory defauls.
