Hello I have a Intuity Audix that is only using 6 of the 12 channels when connecting from the PBX. Is there a way to reset these other channels without rebooting the Audix system?

You could busy and release the members to them. You can also busy the members that are known to be good and try to force traffic to the other members.
If that does clear it, then reboot it. If something is "hosed up" rebooting it should clear it.

Thanks for the info Mike.
It has been determined that one of the two cards in the Intuity has failed.
How much of a pain is it to replace one of these cards?
The card that failed is card 0.

It's an easy replacement. Shutdown the Intuity, crack it open, pull the old card, insert the new, power on ... verify good server to all channels.

also check the option switches on the old card, and make changes on the new card if needed

I replaced the card, now when I do a status it says "manoos".
How can I resolve this?
What does this mean?
Help!!

Thanks!!!!!

manoos" means manually out-of-service. pl busy and release the channels, if not resolved Pl check the telephone line and check the card if properly configured.
