Resetting an Access 2003 password with ASP

Is it possible to reset an access 2003 password programatically? I've googled all over the place but so far drawn a blank.

I don't know about resetting the password but I had one last week where when you opened it by clicking the .MDB file all of the menus were disabled and some menu form popped up... The solution was to hold down the SHIFT key before clicking and keep it held down until the program started. Warning, don't jiggle the mouse or other programs will open up also.
