Hello: A new customer's t1 provider is changing programming on a standard 24 channel t1 to allow caller ID on a 800#. When they take it down to do the changes and the circuit does not come back up. what do I do to restart it. This is a option 11. Thanks in advance

You will probably need to log into the command line and check that in LD 96 what the D Channel status is. Also it's a good idea to remove the Option 11 cover to view your PRI card. In most cases, you should be seeing 3 green LED's.
I'd check that you log in if see the lights changed to enable the channel again.

In LD 96

Use STAT DCH xx to view the status
Use ENL DCH xx to enable the link.

You might also need to check out the channels in LD 60 by using STAT etc.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

They would have to coordinate the changes so their programming is done at the same time as the provider, or make sure they move the cable to the new circuit if that is the way it is set up.
The Framing etc will have to be the same as the providers, so make sure that is all correct at both ends. D channel parameters need to be set up correctly too.
They also need to make sure the card is equipped correctly to be able to use a d channel.

You have lots of programming to do as well as make sure you have the hardware to support a D-channel. Possibly licensing too.

Thanks ( firebirdscrambler,trvlr1,KCFLHRC ) for the info. I was informed that there is a sequence that has to be done,if the autostart does not work.
