Resetting 7902 phone

Hi All!
I have a problem with a 7902 phone.
During the phone setup (using IVR) I apparently entered some wrong info into the phone and it is now showing steady red & green lights. I no longer have access to the phone's IVR. We are using static IP addresses.
Is there some way for me to reset it to the factory default so I can start clean?
