reseting the time out for WebAccess

I have users that do not get that the WebAccess will time them out if they do nothing. They had the client untill we when to wedaccess and that is all they use now. but they would like it to act like the client. so the one thing we could do for them is a longer time out i do not remember where to set this peramater at??
