i have the Partner Mail VS, Release 5. Our old secretary left with the password, and we cant program the phone without the password. According to the manual, I have to access the system through Intercom 777 then 99#, Ive tried to use the default password of 1234 but I guess it has been changed. I was brwosing through the threads and tried 2357 or was it 2537, but anyways nothing worked. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Mongo5150 is right. I have used 2537 (cler) on several systems (VS R5.0 included) and it works every time. Give it another try.
