Reseting password for VPN users

We have 10 users that work from their laptop on Windows VPN. their laptop is part of the domain, but when i reset their user password here at the office, they still use their old password to login to their computes, but the new password on VPN.
The main problem is that outlook uses local NT login auth, so it reprompts them since they used the old password to login to the laptop.
ANYONE PLEASE HELP
