Hi,

I'm not sure if this is possible, but what I'd like to achieve is a top ten of each salesman for each product. I've got the basic report setup with the Products as the Group, with the top ten numbers against each rep. Is it possible to reset these numbers at every new group - currently they run 1-10, then 11-20 etc.

Thanks in advance

hmm, not sure of exactly what you mean, but from what I understand about your explanation:

you could try to modify the underlying query of the report to select the top 10 of each group so you'd have only 10 salesmen for each product, and then put a rank by them...

Thanks. But I do think if there's a reset option it will be much easier. What I'm after is something like:

Drinks
1 Charlie
2 Tony
...
10 Matt

Sweets
1 Tony
...
10 Mark

If you are using the running sum method to do the numbering in the report then you can just set this to run over the group and not the entire report. Each group will begin from 1.
