I am on a CUCM 6.1.4. I have a 7962 set that appears to have lost all its ringtones. I have located the .xml file in the tftp File Mgmt and would like to reset that service as per info I have received from troubleshooting investigation. I do not see an option to reset, only upload the file. Any direction provided would be helpful.
